The trick to engaging and defeating an adversary technically smarter than you isn’t by trying to outsmart them. It’s by outmaneuvering them.

Outmaneuvering an adversary much smarter than you is no different than a smaller fighter winning against a much bigger fighter.

The seemingly inferior fighter realizes they must adapt to overcome the seemingly superior fighter, and thus finds a way to win by adapting to the situation.
