The Tradecraft Guide has become a formidable force on Substack because of you, vigilant readers… Thank you. So we’re making some updates soon, for both paying members and free followers.
Gear Giveaways
We collectively have some rare and very interesting gear and equipment from our work, and have worked out what we can give away to our readers. Unfortunately, as these are not mass produced and mostly improvised items, the inventory will be very limited. You can’t just buy them. The following are confirmed, more coming:

The giveaways will be for both paying and free members but of course our paid members will get better gear and or better chances of winning the giveaway events. More details will be provided soon.
All members from around the world are qualified for the GAWS as long as the specific winning item can be legally shipped to your country.
Subscription Price Changes
We will be increasing all subscription plan prices in 48 hours.
BUT, don’t worry if you’re already an existing paying member, you will not be affected by these higher prices. You will always pay the introductory price for as long as you’re with us.
So this notice is more for currently free members who are on the fence of becoming a paying member. Now is the time to sign up to lock in the low price forever. But it’s okay if you still prefer to being a free reader, you’ll still get plenty of free intel and articles as always.
Monthly subscriptions will become $9 from $5
Annual subscriptions will become $45 from $35
Founding Member (+RDCTD) subscriptions will become $85 from $75
Again, this new pricing will only affects new subscribers starting on January 25, 2025. Current paid subscribers will still get the lower pricing as well as for new subscribers for the next 2 days.
