On foreign streets, the best self-defense measure is the evasion of the hostile scenario / situation that’s materializing. But being resistant to ‘street targeting’ negates the need for defensive or evasive maneuvers.
‘Street targeting’ is a term to describe how hostiles select their victims on the fly while out on the streets. Instead of diligently studying a potential target for a long game, this term is for crimes of opportunity happening in real-time (muggings and acts of violence) with no prior set up or preparation for the assault.
